~ A graphic designer visually communicates the brand through design, creating assets that reflect the brand’s identity.

~ A content creator develops engaging written, visual, or multimedia content that communicates brand messages to the target audience.

2. How do these roles collaborate effectively?

ANSWER:

~ Clear communication and shared guidelines are key. tYPICALLY A brand manager defines strategy and tone, the graphic designer ensures visuals are on-brand, and the content creator crafts messaging that resonates with the audience. BY HAVING ME AS YOUR ONE-SHOT STOP, IT MAKES IT THAT MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE.

3. How do you handle last-minute changes or urgent requests by clients?

ANSWER:

~ Each expedited request or modification is evaluated based on my current workload and project deadlines. When possible, I do my best to make slight adjustments to accommodate urgent needs. However, I always communicate transparently with clients about what’s realistically achievable within the timeframe to ensure expectations are clear and quality is maintained. 

4. What is included in your various branding packages?

ANSWER:

~ Depending on the client's needs, my branding packages can include logo variations, a customized color palette, typography & imagery style recommendations, tone of voice development, and content principles. These elements work together to establish a cohesive brand identity and ensure that both the client and any collaborators stay aligned with the brand’s vision beyond the initial creation phase.

5. Do you have offer consultations?

ANSWER:

~ Yes, I offer consultations to better understand your goals and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. In most cases, I also provide a complimentary vision board after our initial chat to help visualize the direction your brand could take. It’s a great way to align creatively before moving forward with any formal packages.

6. What if I only want a flyer, business card, or a single design item?

ANSWER:

~ Absolutely! I offer à la carte design services for one-off items like flyers, business cards, invitations, and more. To get started, you'll fill out a quick intake form where you can share your idea and design needs. From there, i'LL SEND OVER A QUOTE. oNCE YOU SAY "YES!" we’ll move and groove through the creative process together to bring your vision to life!

7. Payment of Deposit / Cancellation Policy

ANSWER:

~ A deposit is required for all design projects. This protects both you as the client and myself as the creator, ensuring our time and effort are respected—especially during the post-consultation mock-up stage.

The exact deposit amount will be shared after our consultation and once the Creative Agreement is signed. Deposits are due within 24 hours of contract signing to secure your project in my queue.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the project after the agreement is in place, the deposit serves as compensation for time, planning, and any initial work completed.
